It has been manufacturing different types of electronic gadgets viz. router, smart tv, power banks smartwatches etc among which the smartphones has been very popular. The "MI" in it's logo stands for “Mobile Internet”. It also has other meanings, including "Mission Impossible", because Xiaomi faced many challenges that had seemed impossible to defy in it's early days. In less than six years, the company has gone from startup to global player in the smartphone market. Analysts compare it to Apple. Its products cover both the low-end and the high-end of the market and it is expanding its footprint across the world to become a global brand.
